Hi, I’m S.C. Watson but those who know me best call me Andie. I’m a trained chef, author, certified nutritionist, and behavioral transformation specialist. But more than that, I’m someone who’s lived the struggle. At my heaviest, I was nearly 600 pounds, trapped in a body that felt like a prison. I know what it’s like to feel overlooked, judged, and worn down by years of dieting, shame, and trying to “fix” yourself.
My journey isn’t about chasing skinny—it’s about healing. I didn’t find freedom through quick fixes or gimmicks. I started by changing how I thought, then how I moved, how I ate, and how I showed up for myself every day. Using many of the same strategies and recipes I now share with others, I’ve lost over 250 pounds—and counting.
I believe in progress over perfection, and grace over guilt. My approach to wellness is grounded, realistic, and full of compassion—because I know how hard it is to fight for yourself when you’ve been fighting your whole life.
Today, I live a life of joy and purpose with my wonderful and supportive husband Stephen, who you will meet often on this page, and my beautiful granddaughter AJ. She’s a reminder that when we heal ourselves, we light the way for the ones we love.

Hi, I’m Stephen — a former law enforcement officer with 15 years of service and a lifelong learner in the pursuit of health, purpose, and personal growth.
During my time on the force, I learned a lot about discipline and resilience — but nothing prepared me for the internal battles I’d face when the uniform came off. For years, I struggled with binge eating, chronic stress, and a cycle of diets that never lasted. The long shifts and demanding schedule made it easy to put my health on the back burner, and before I knew it, I had reached 275 pounds and was dealing with constant joint pain and mental burnout.
The turning point came when I realized that my health wasn’t just affecting me — it was affecting my family. I knew I had to do better, not only for myself, but for the people who matter most. That moment sparked a major shift in my mindset.
I committed to taking ownership of my health. I started educating myself, made real lifestyle changes, and developed a personalized approach that worked for me. So far, I’ve lost over 50 pounds — and I’m not done yet. I still have more to lose, but for the first time in a long time, I feel good in my body. I have energy, confidence, and the belief that I can finish what I started.
My wife Andie and I have been on this journey together. We’ve made a commitment to grow, improve, and support each other every step of the way. Now, we’re using our shared experience to inspire others who are ready to make lasting change in their own lives.
As part of my transformation, I also returned to school and earned my associate degree in business — a reminder that it’s never too late to rewrite your story. I’ve since become a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, and I’m passionate about helping others break free from the same struggles I once faced.
Whether you’re just starting out or picking yourself back up, know this: change is possible. Let’s build something better — together.
