Ingredients

For Watermelon Fries:

  • 1 watermelon (rind removed and cut into long fry-like shapes)
  • Tajín Classic Seasoning, to taste (you can skip this part if you don’t like Tajin but unfortunately, we can’t be friends)

For Coconut Lime Dip:

  • 2 cup coconut or vanilla light Greek yogurt
  • Zest and juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tablespoons coconut sugar (optional, to taste)

Instructions

  1. Make the dip: In a bowl, combine the yogurt, fresh lime zest, juice and coconut sugar. Mix well and set aside.
  2. Prepare the watermelon fries: On a serving plate, arrange the watermelon “fries,” then sprinkle evenly with Tajín.
  3. Serve: Grab a serving of fries and coconut lime dip and enjoy immediately.
